As Rotary Oostende ter Streep, we attach great importance to the term "service" from the very beginning. We meet weekly. Our sustained commitment, dynamism and friendship lead to meaningful service and beautiful achievements.
We organize initiatives such as the annual MetaRelax® Ostend Night Run, X-Dinners and De Bezaan for the benefit of youth, the disabled and the community in general. Recently, in the spring of 2020, together with more than 200 seamstresses from Ostend and the surrounding area, we organized the production and supply of mouth masks for hospitals, police, residential care centers... In March 2022 we offer urgent support to projects in Poland for Ukrainian refugees.
The club has 57 members with a wide spread in age and experience. We regularly invite speakers from the political, academic and business worlds to our meetings.
